A flashcard program

Here's a flashcard application that I'm testing now:

There are some shared Hindi flashcards that you can download or you can make your own, and then once you're viewing them you can rate how confident you are about the difficulty level of the card so the program knows whether it needs to show it to you again sooner or later.

The program can be used to learn any memorizable information that you can make flashcards out of, and I think it looks like a pretty neat way of learning stuff.  I'm just starting to use it so I guess I'll let you know later how it goes. But generally flashcards are a pretty good way of facilitating memorization. Maybe I'll get the hang of those Hindi letters while reviewing my flashcards...

Lizzie Bennet Diaries

This has nothing to do with Hindi but I love it:

my favorite episode is Hypermediation

Darcy costume theatre

Darcy insults:

Bollywood music sheets

Have I mentioned I'm trying to learn to play the piano too?

The photo's got nothing to do with the above site but I've gotten so used to posting photos with the blog posts they look naked without one.
