I don't remember if I blogged this song already.

Oh, I see I posted it already. Never mind, it obviously bears repeating.
Here's another great one:

I've no idea what slofege is supposed to be. When he drinks her slow tinkling tides it sounds like some kind of kinky, messy sexual practice. Are children allowed to listen to this music?
I think a lot of the song lyrics you can't really understand without knowing the language well but luckily it doesn't stop me from enjoying the music.

Thode bheege bheege se thode nam hai hum,
Kal se soye voye bhi to kam hai hum.
Dil ne kaisi harkat ki hai,
Pehli baar mohabbat ki hai,
Aakhri baar mohabbat ki hai
Aankhein doobi doobi si surmayee madham,
Jheelen paani paani hai bass tum aur hum,
Hmmm baat badi hairat ki hai
Hmmm khawab ke bhoj se, kapkapati hui,
Halki palkein teri yaad aata hai sab,
Tujhe gudgudana… satana yuhi sote hue,
Gaal pe teepna… meechna bewajah besabab.
Yaad hai peepal ke jiske ghane saaye the,
Hum ne gilehri jhoothe matter khaaye the,
Yeh barqat unn hazrat ki hai.

Paagal subtitles
Check out this funny page

My favorite quote:
There is nothing worse than a pepper that can’t see anything to love about the world.
This was pretty paagal I thought...

It's from Kandukondein Kandukondein (a Tamil movie) I'm watching now.

In my personal experience anklets are usually OK but ear rings never understand anything.
And maybe this is just me being culturally ignorant but....what? How do windows punish anything, let alone a sandal breeze?

Bollywood movies
I haven't been able to blog for a while but I haven't abandoned my Hindi studies.
I'll share my list of the Bollywood movies I've watched with my five second movie reviews:
http://www.imdb.com/list/RAJKt3AQ908/
They are all available online, or were at least. I think I've learned something from each one of them.
Here's Jab we met script:
http://www.docstoc.com/docs/69091841/Jab-We-Met-script---Working-Title
I was so happy to find it online but unfortunately it paraphrases some of the stuff I'd have loved to see the Hindi text for. Still, it helps a lot.
